Thanks Phil ! The calf was engaging and a moment later I had to put the camera aside and it appeared nose to nose to me. The day 20 shot of april fools was only a little after he or she was born, parts of the umbilical cord were still dangling.   It's on Lizzies walking route, I might have more oppertunaties to take a better picture .
