This is a Photo 150 challenge outtake

The main shot was at a large aperture and then a focus stack to get the whole front flower in focus.

This version is just a single shot at a much smaller aperture, sharpness on the main flower is roughly equal (certainly at web posting size) but the flower in the background show much more definition
