Pity the rose wasn't fresher Graham though the autumn bokeh is outstanding. You're getting some nice flower shots with your a77 mate, I particularly like the 1st shot in your previous post (speckled petals).

Thanks for comments. Front of the Rose was actually fresher looking then the side but from the front the bokeh behind the rose was not a patch on what you see here. So, went with the slightly off Rose and the better bokeh. Wish now I had twisted the Rose around slightly!

Thank you Graham. That is the precise reason why I posted it. The colors were vibrant and warm even thought the sun was almost straight above me at the time.

Some lovely colours and tones amongst the bouquet - very nice    Think the background white to theleft shows the roses off better than the background to the right, which seems a slightly harsher white - if that makes sense!!
