"Peach glow" in the Brooklyn Botanic garden:

A few weeks ago we bought a Witch Hazel (Hamamelis) for our garden.

With the ongoing cold weather it started to flower beautifully

Wow, I've never seen Witch Hazel flowers before. I've known the plant extract as a skin care ingredient for ever, but wow, what cool flowers it has!
