I had tried a much cheaper tilt-only Minolta SR to E-mount adapter back in May. I enjoyed using it, but it was too thick which prevented getting many subjects in focus. This Fotodiox adapter is 5 times more expensive, but it is much nicer to use and has both shift and tilt ability. It wasn't clear from the product listing whether it was designed for full-frame or limited to APS-C. I am happy to report the shift function works fine with full-frame, at least on the slightly small sensor in the A7III (35.6 x 23.8 mm).

I've been trying primes, and it seems most of them work alright with the full 10 mm shift range. Meaning they should work fine on 43.8 x 32.9 mm Digital Medium Format. Here are some stitched together test images using both ends of the shift range. These are approximately 43 MP after stitching.
