For me it was fungi time in July already.
Found a couple of tiny ones on the (well irrigated) lawn of my holiday home in Italy

First one with Tammy 24-70 USD on A99, the second with Sony 70-400G

More to follow from the local forrest soon

A few of my favorite Fungus shots... I'll admit, fungi can be beautiful, intricate, and amazing, but also incredibly difficult to capture well...

While being out "chasing" fungi with my A7 + Heliar 40/2.8 for oktoberfest I usually also take my old (but trusty) A700 with the Minolta 100 macro with me to get in a little closer.

Here's a few with that "event pass" combo

Thanks Fred, I got my A700 back a couple of month ago after I loaned it to my brother in law (when his A700 broke). He gave it back after getting an A6000. I must say it's still a very capable camera and actually enjoy it more in use then the much heavier/clunky A850. The files from the A850 are obviously better, but smoothness of operation is not its forte.

I like how you make that trioplan "sing" at close range. The glow it produces gives a lot of extra atmosphere.
