Just a little heads up for Canadians. I sadly had to send in my A99ii for repair - a faulty SSM lens fried a fuse inside. I found two possible places to send, Fusion Cine being just over the water from me in Vancouver. Google reviews were great, so I sent an email.

Gary, the tech wizard got back to me early the next morning.... communication was great from then forward.

End result? I had my fixed camera back in my hands 13 days after dropping it at the post office. He replaced the fuse and did a little CLA at my request. My total bill including 1 day shipping back to me was $159, which I think is VERY reasonable.

I am VERY happy with them and I can only highly recommend them based on my experience.

(unfortunately they are not listed as a service center for lenses, only for any and all Sony Cameras)

Cheers!!

Mike
