Eye AF works with the LA-EA3 on the A7III.

These all have Lens Compensation support on the A7 bodies when used with the LA-EA adapters too--the APS-C E-mount cameras don't offer that. Between that and the in-body stabilization, the A7 series are probably better replacements for a APS-C A-mount cameras than any of the A6x00 series.
Well, the A6500 and A6600 have IBIS and if you shoot RAW lens compensation is irrelevant. In fact, to me, lens compensation is not that important even in JPEG. YMMV.
