Couple other pictures from today I considered...

Green oak leaves

α7R III + Sony FE 2.8/100 STF GM OSS @ 100 mm, T5.6, 1/400 s, ISO 100

Next one has a green background, but on the other hand the main subject is once again...

Common red soldier beetles

α7R IV + Sony FE 2.8/90 Macro G OSS @ 90 mm, f/9, 1/400 s, ISO 3200

At least today I used different camera and lens combo.

My first idea for a picture featuring yellow or brown was obviously some yellow flower, but eventually I ended up showing a brown sparrows as my first choice, but I did shoot some flower photos today too...

Telekia speciosa?

α7R III + Sony FE 2.8/100 STF GM OSS @ 100 mm, T5.6, 1/400 s, ISO 1600

Too bad these bugs wanted to photobomb my flower pictures...

α7R III + Sony FE 2.8/50 Macro @ 50 mm, f/5.6, 1/400 s, ISO 500

And they were green!

α7R III + Sony FE 2.8/50 Macro @ 50 mm, f/7.1, 1/250 s, ISO 500

Ok, I did take some artistic liberation when talking about photobombing, I admit I intentionally focussed on those bugs and these may be more insect photos than flower photos.

Thursday, 8 July - Yellow day.

Broke my self-imposed rule - this one was not taken with a 35mm prime.

Old poster (in a Cider Museum).
