Nice composition macrophoto, I like the fact that the strong symetry of the reflection is broken by the strip of grass in front of the moor.

I think the picture could use a little more punch by some local contrast enhancement or clarity increase, unless you specifically wanted to create a slightly hazy atmosphere.

The hazy look is not intended ..

I simple haven't found an good raw work flow for landscape ...
Up to know I was unable to find a standard setting for the raw converter of Adobe Photoshop Elements to get similar results as seen on the display of my A700

That's because the LCD has more vivid colors than possible in sRGB and you're actually looking at an embedded jpg with all the creative style settings applied.

Does the elements raw converter have a clarity slider, try to increase that to see if it will give results you like better. Otherwise use USM with a very low amount (~20), a high radius (~50) and a medium threshold (~5). That has a very similar effect compared to the clarity slider.
