A view across from Maungauika towards Rangitoto Island, in Auckland's Hauraki Gulf.

Sony a7R, f20, 2.5 sec, 17-35mm f3.5 G at 35mm. ISO 100.

The view from camp 2. Just pitched the tent and crawled into the comfortable sleeping bag... At this moment we didn't know there were heavy gales to come...

Quit a lot of ALPHA and NEX gear, a nice collection of Sigma lenses, Dynax and M42 stuff, Gitzo's, Visico's and lots of video-equipment

My son Stefan is the proud owner of a new Hilleberg tent. I am the proud father of him. Send him this pic and he immidiatly posted it on Reddit. So I can post it here also:

This picture was taken near Grosse Scheidegg last february. Deep below us in the valley is Schwarzwaldalp and Broch.
