Kinda harsh meeting. But picture is beautiful. TFS.

Hi Howard - Is this anywhere near Hartland Point by any chance....? Looks kind of familiar....

Great shots though!

Best regards, Neil.

Not far - Welcombe is south of Hartland Point and north of Morwenstow, just inside Devon.

Thanks, Howard - one of the few bays/beaches we haven't visited very often; looks like that'll change next time we are down there!

Best regards, Neil.

Of course, being a North Devon boy, it's not my job to promote Cornwall, but I would also recommend Coombe/Duckpool a few km to the south (Phil Wood knows the place well) - and what's that I see on the OS map on the 135 northing line? Stanbury Mouth! See https://www.bing.com/maps?osid=029f55f4-03e0-4042-8617-23b9e8f49cfb&cp=50.906291~-4.539695&lvl=14&style=s&v=2&sV=2&form=S00027 (Welcombe Mouth is on the 180 northing line.)
