I think that from the beach you could find a view point where you can take a photo featuring both sea and the lighthouse, at least I believe there is sliver of sea somewhere near the horizon in this picture I took when I was on Texel in 2017, albeit the fog/clouds make it hard to see:

J like the composition within the frame... this well-balanced interaction between the car, shadow and the lighthouse.
