I've called the authorized service first. Zippo news. Nada. Seems that they haven't touched the camera even with a 10 ft pole. Shortly thereafter, I called Sony which in turn called the authorized service shop. They said me the service shop's owner had died and the shop was closed because of this. This was funny, as I could talk to them just minutes earlier. Anyway Sony said that they will call me back next Monday, "surely". Not a big surprise, unfortunately. []'s Paulo |
