I would be happy as well. The 50/1.4 and the 135/2.8 will give a pretty decent walk-around combo that doesn't take up much space.

Pretty pleased i was finally able to buy a Minolta drop-in polariser for my 300mmF4 for US $69.00
After looking for an affordable one for many years, I found this on eBay from a Japanese seller. |

After a few years without any decent equipment I decided to gear up again. Has previously had an A7Rii, so the e-mount was the obvious way to go. However, as I know I'm not a professional and I don't need the latest tech, I decided to go with a good old A-mount, as there's a lot of value for money. So the last week I have picked uo the following:
Sony A99 (as new - shutter count less than 1.000) Sony HVL-F58AM (as new) Minolta 20mm f2,8 - great condition, but w/o hood Minolta 28-135mm f4-4,5 Minolta 50mm f1,4 - near mint Minolta 50mm macro, f2,8 Minolta 85mm f1,4 - perfect condition with box and leather case Sigma 105mm macro - as new Total price: € 1.100. I can add the SAL24F2Z for another € 225 and the SAL2875 for € 200, which I really consider. But right now I have my desired focal lengths covered pretty well. |

You did very well for yourself. I’d consider adding that 24mm. That’s a good price. Probably be one of your favorites

I scooped this up for free. Some pretty interesting macro gear which I consider adapting to my Sony rig.

Strange it works on my PC, but not on the phone. I have no idea how that can be? |

Look what landed today
I bumped into a MC Tele-Rokkor PF f2.8/135mm for just Eur 7,50 and decided to buy it. Than the seller mentioned he had a "2.8/28mm" too for a similar price, which appeared to be a W--Rokkor SI f2.5/28mm. I have Rokkors of both FL's already, albeit a bit 'slower', both f3.5 versions, , but couldn't pass on this offer I might look which I like better and sell the other version(s), probably with a nice profit. These new aquisitions are a bit larger though. Here the side by side comparisons. First test shots look promising in terms of sharpness for both. |

Congratulations, Fred! Unbeatable price!
The 28mm F/2.5 has the reputation to be the best 28mm Rokkor (that's what I have read somewhere on the net)! Happy shooting! |
