Yesterday evening as I was about to have my dinner; a bald eagle landed in my back yard. I initially thought he was after the rabbits that we normally see in our backyard. He was after a hay bale!

I always find this an impressive bird, but what a lucky guy you are to have this in your backyard Charles! Great series. The 3rd and last are my favourites. TFS

Bald eagles as a yard bird - nice shooting!

I've seen magpies harassing raptors before, but that one in the last shot is looking a bit overconfident to me.
It's never too late to have a happy childhood.
