Yes, I like it too, Hezu. Nicely done.
I tried for ages to get one of those with the moon sharp as well, but decided in the end it is impossible without faking it. Any lens long enough to get the moon decently large in the frame seems to have too small a DOF to get both sharp at the same time. I guess a sufficiently small sensor might do, but then you'd have to open the aperture up to get enough light ...

Thanks. I like mirror lenses for the moon, but this combination works better than anything I've had before. I added a little sharpening but that's all. Colours natural. Nowhere near matching your efforts, of course, but it's the best I've done so far.

Nice shot Jonas! And a lovely phase. I am missing all the nice phases right now with rain and clouds. :(

Thanks!
We are back to cloudy weather here in Denmark, so it was a good choice to bring out the camera yesterday for this shot

A few firsts here in this photo for me. First light with my newest Telescope. First time pointing my scope at something other than the Solar System. First time at this lovely, dark, and remote location near my home (a private Observatory). And, believe it or not... the first time I tried the greater sky and stars with my DSLR. Missed infinity focus a bit... but not bad. Apparently the milky way is straight out from here in the summer. I look forward to shooting it!

The lights in the distance are across the strait, Port Angeles, WA. Much farther than they look!

Was just a quick snap for fun. A99ii, Tamron 15-30/2.8 @ 15mm. 25s, ISO 3200 F3.2

Cheers

Mike
