@ Frank (Stoney)

I have just had a wander though your website and get the feeling that aarif needs to look over his shoulder, although IMHO your style is more scientific whereas aarif is more photographic.

Stoney, all 3 are spectacular. Color, sharpness and DOF are spot on - very nice work!

Thanks E.Mats :) This little beast is very slow moving and if you put him on his back, it's like a turtle which never seems to be able to turn itself back to its belly :D

A couple of a rather different style. These taken as an experiment with my new bargain (L30) Phoenix 100/3.5 macro 'plastic fantastic' using the 1:1 adapter.

Spices (cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chilli flakes, black peppercorns):

And extension tubes used for these black peppercorns, though the one bottom left looks like a different species to me!:

Both of these taken with Dynax 5D and 3600HS(D).

Wind was blowing hard today so the only things that could stick on to anyting and would not move or blow away were fly's.

An oldie here..
Taken with the D5D and kitlens on Guadeloupe in the French Caribbean.
The frog was sitting on a white painted roof wich I overexposed to get the solid white as background.

Isn't that why they call them blowflies?
