I just bought this and it’s in great shape, just like my old Maxxum, but it has the alpha logo in place of the AF word and it doesn’t say Maxxum. I was just wondering what this is. Pic at link. Let me know, thanks!

It is a Japanese Alpha 7000 - it has an Alpha sign.
In Europe they were called AF 7000, in Japan Alpha 7000 and in Northern America Maxxum 7000. Also look at the Wikipedia page where it is explained. |
