A7ii + Sony FE 85/1.8

The top painting is a tavern scene by Adriaen van Ostade (1610 - 1685) and the one below also a tavern scene by Jan Van Amstel from the same period.

The top one is hung skewed on purpose to accentuate the rawdy scene on the painting and shows what can happen when drunk people fall over in the corner of the tavern. Our guide told us that every day a few people report a "skewed painting in one of the halls" to the museum officials with the suggestion somebody must have bumped it
