Does this curvy cucumber have unusual shape?

If so, the next photo should then show something so ordinary that you rarely photograph it.

Work papers. I shot this back in 2010 for Week 50 and I always remembered it as sort of a pinnacle proof that there are some pictures that just don't need to be taken. For that reason it has not fallen into oblivion - though it took me a couple minutes to find it in my computer - and I feel it's never had any purpose in life until just now.

I still do have this document and though I've not used it in a long time, I stumbled upon it earlier today as I looked for other glossaries I use more often.

Next photo will show something you've always dreamed of photographing and finally had the opportunity to.
I detest bugs, especially spiders.

I'll bite. Five or six years ago I came across some black and white prints I had made maaybe 30+ years ago following a work trip to California. I had got to Yosemite to the viewpoint Ansel Adams had made famous.

I had long wanted to get here and take this view. I had and still have a long way to go in trying to achieve a worthy result. Ansel had a 10x8 camera I believe, and a mastery of his art: I had a Pentax ME Super, I think, FP4 and some enthusiasm.

Anyway, next up - a tribute to a famous photograph or photographer.

Quite different, but still inspired by W. Eugene Smith

And the first image from this article is the photo from him I'm talking about

The next photo will also show two people walking (no more, no less)
