It is a very specific request, I could deliver a SMG (a Stengun) but not a Tommy Gun.
I was already starting to think that I may need to amend my request to be any submachine gun instead of just Tommy gun, so I guess your Sten photo could solve the problem...

On 21 September 1944 1000 paratroopers of the First Polish independent parachute brigade landed near Driel, Netherlands to support British airborne troops fighting during the Battle of Arnhem. This is yearly remembered in Driel with Polish military and re-enactors. This was in 2019:

Sony A6400 | Sony/Zeiss 16-70/4 | 18mm | f/8 | 1/125s | 100iso

The SMG is on the top right, a Sten gun. I think the pistol to the left is a Browning FN-Inglis "Pistol No.II Mk.I*". I assume the other pistol is a Colt M1911. There is a Bren gun on the bottom left. And there is a lot of other military stuff.

Next more military stuff.

As part of their history lessons, Turkish schoolboys dressed in Ottoman World War 1 replica uniforms re-enacting the defence of Chanuk Bair under the command of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who later became the founing father of modern Turkey, from the ANZACs who had landed at Gallipoli.

Charging out of the trenches, Chanuk Bair by Joe Lewit, on Flickr

Next, more historical re-enactment please.

I don't think a 25 pounder is a front loader Howard, that's a much more modern breechloader (from the back)

Fair enough. I know nothing about guns and was trying to move the subject on! Back to a front-loading gun then!

This small cannon is definately a front-loading one

As it was used to start Venla orienteering relay at Sippu-Jukola 2005, I think it would be nice if the next photo would show another start of some sort of sports race.
