Blue hour?
It's filtering the yellow/orange range, so a stronger blue blue sky sounds locigal.

Just one warning, if it is not dark enough the sky will be very blue.

Roman temple ruins in Evora Portugal. In the RH background the Cathedral bell tower. The monastery whose gate is in the LH background has now been turned into a Pousada (luxury hotel).

We weren't on the way to Santiago, but to Portugal. Burgos was our first stop in Spain - 2 or three nights, because the next day we visited the Cathedral, the Royal Monastery of Las Huelgas, and the last day the Monastery at Miraflores. There were quite a few luxury pilgrims staying in our hotel - which had once been a convent or monastery itself:
