Addy, I think I am with you - I have some great 50mm lenses, but never get to make them work for me on APS-C. So I will try to stick to my NEX 7 with Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.1 (wide open if light allows...) 3/week.

I'll have a pop - get the A700 out with the SAM 85/2.8 both feeling unloved at the moment. 3 per week - hope (but don't expect) to do better !

Going to use an A77 with Samyang 24mm 1.4, and do 3 a week minimum. I'm busy finishing up my last semester of college so taking photos consistently is difficult, but this could be a good motivator for me. i think the samyang will be a fun lens and i really need to get more samples out there for people to see what the lens can do |

Time to decide. As either the 200/2.8 and 13/2.8 are too much of a challenge, I need something else. I decided on 50mm on APS-C. I'll use the Minolta MC Rokkor-PG 50/1.4 on my Nex F3. I find 50mm on APS-C to be problematic, not a normal lens but also not a tele lens - while I adore 85mm on FF, the 75mm equivalent on APS-C doesn't work for me. The MC 50/1.4 is a lovely lens, it will surely help me get over my apathy for 50mm on APS-C.

Just to clarify my challenge: Tamrom 90mm at or near 1:1 (or even closer with extension tubes). No crop. minimum 3/week but hopefully to post something every day but that may reduce to 7/week as work etc doesn't always allow time for pic a day. Almost time to get started!
