Yesterday afternooon the weather was much better than expected, so I went out and visited Palendorp in |Petten again. It had been a while since I was there the last time.

Unfortunately I did't have my variabe ND folterin thso bag, only a 3 stops ND, so had to stop down more than I would have liked.
Here a few shots. Maybe too much, but I likeed thes best.

1, 7, 8 and 9 - like them all and shows the benefit of working a subject. As to 7, 8, and, 9, one of these is my favorite but can't decide. #7 - The simplest and cleanest and, something very hard to do with this kind of subject, no overlapping of the posts, all separated. #8 - the receding diagonal water in the foreground - beautiful and adds depth to the image. #9 - the boldest and the contrast of nature's soft water via ND use to the harshness of the man-made posts is great (these are the types of contrasts I look for and appreciate - soft/hard, old/new. man-made/natural, etc.). Again, a great and diverse set of the same subject.

Interesting fixation you have there Fred
I think your story could have been told with half the photos

I felt so lonely for those poor things
albeit, very well done

What i like most is that you managed to get so many different and good images from the same subject. By a small margin i do have preferences: #2,8,11. TFS Fred

Thanks Joseph and Michele!

@ Coast: You are probably right , but limiting myself is my main issue in photography
