After a first succesful annual 150 photo challenge in 2021, I'll be starting a new one in this year.

Again, three topics where I be posting a weekly shot. This year my three topics will be:

- street photography; In its wides sense possible. A thema I like and feel comfortable with. My challenge is that the picture has to be taken with a 35mm or smaller perspective & has to have people in them.

- ultra wide; Making more use of my 15 & 21mm lenses. I own them, but only 10% of all the images in my library are taken with wider perspective as 35mm. So the challenage really is just to get them off the shelf and find out more about when and how this perspective really shines.

- linear perspective; I want to learn more about this form of composing an image. Not sure how far I'll get through this learning curve, but I'll like to give it a go.

week 01

street - SunriseRiders - during a sunrise hike during winter holidays these riders came galloping down the beach, only had seconds to take out the cam and capture just 2 images

Ultra wide - BlastingNewYear - although goverment forbit it still people could not resist to start 2022 with a blast.

Linear perspective - MidnightMarauders - quarantaine lockdown brought clublife to a near standstill. Illigal outdoor raving parties under highways are perfect for midnight marauders

A very strong start to your challenge there @onsplekkie.

The horse riders give the beach scene a lot of extra interest, and the New Years celebration shot really benefits from your wide angle shot.

Week 2

street - LickMyA.. - the AF on the 1.4/35GM is blazing fast & steady on subject. My new partner in crime on the street

Ultra wide - HvH - once a month I visit Hoek van Holland for work. Not a bad commute follow the coastal line up to The Haque through the dunes cycle paths. Loxia21 makes easy work of misty light

Linear perspective - P - feels like hard work getting a shot that works on this theme. I like how the P gives some direction to the leading horizontal line of the harbour

A nice selection of shots.

Have to say Pic 1 is my favourite. The 35/1.4 GM looks to be superb in your hands.

Pic 2 with the Loxia 21 is also a nice image, especially with the mist in the background.

You do have some very nice lenses in your lineup!
