Week 19:

55/150: Shadow of a man

Pentax k7|21/3.2, London Bridge

56/150: Lunch Break

Pentax k7|70/2.4, London

57/150: Analog News

Pentax k7|21/3.2, Paris

Late post this week (again) was away for the weekend.
This period of 2010 I visited London and Wales, also a trip to Paris. Both trips meeting up with Dyxumers :)
The Pentax experience was a mixed bag, mostly bad. I have never had this few keepers, performance of the camera let me down esp with the nice little 21/3.2 pancake, th 70/2.4 was a great lens but then the camera...

TFL!

Wow, another fantastic set! And yes, I will let you know if I head that way again. I do want to do an around the world trip one of these days -- Hong Kong, Europe and back -- a heritage history tour for my kids. My sons are a little bit of everything!

Yup, we all have special memories of that Naarden/Antwerp trip. Friday evening picking up you guys from Brussels in a torrential rainstorm and then getting Bob home despite the train strike (with your "trade-in" 300/2.8) and you to Charleroi for a (very) early flight back home all added to the adventure.

Here's the colour version of your shot of romke:

I haven't heard from him for a long time, hope he is OK.

Btw, the hiking shot is pretty cool as well, pity it's with the wrong camera
You can see the April Foolishness 2021 exhibition here Another great show of the talent we have on Dyxum

Great threesome - a very fine dog, a seemingly suicidal Swede and a superb image from the salt mines (or so it seems).

+1

The photo of Lexi however, has a lot of emotional depth to it. A great portrait.

Week 22:

64/150 Walt Disney Concert Hall

a900|16fish

65/150 Manzanar

a900|17-35G

66/150 Emo-kids, Sergelstorg

a900|mino24-50@50, I wonder what this group of Emo-kids doing today, 10 years later.

Again really hard to select shots.
Had an excellent trip pa US to visit eddyizm fo 10 intense days with a roadtrip to Calico, Grand Canyon, Hoover dam, Death Valley, Mono Lake, Bodie(had a hard time not to post any shots from Bodie...), Fossil falls, Randsburg and also some L A.
Top this with some street in Stockholm and Dyxum meeting in Netherlands made this an impossible 3 month to select 3 shots from.
Hope you enjoy the selected once!
