Photo and video in parallel

With some A-mount cameras it was possible to take pictures during video recording (with restrictions, it had to be interlaced video, for example). With the A7rIV I can't find the possibility. Is it not possible, or did I miss something (I already looked in the manual).

Another question: I have selected Spot large for the exposure and the coupling of exposure with the AF point. When I move the AF point (I use extended flexible spot) manually, the large spot exposure field moves with the focus point. In tracking mode it doesn't and with AF-wide without tracking it doesn't either. Is this not possible or am I doing something wrong?
