I went on a photo workshop yesterday and the assignment was to try wide angle landscapes by using the foreground.
At this place the instructor told us "do something with that pit" Mine turned out lousy, but I had some good ones of the co-victims of this assignment Phone camera in use  You can see the instructor in the background, gesturing how to approach the pit  Both A7ii + Tamron FE 20/2.8 Di III OSD |

The results of Finnish Nature Photograph of the Year competion were announced last Saturday, so obviously there was lots of photographers present, although most didn't bring their cameras...
