Interesting shot 'IA' - I like the abstract composition of it, and the colours on the window add an extra dimention to it. The only thing that bothers me are the odd few distractions, like the vegetation at the bottom and possible the letters at the top (though you may want/need to keep the in for personal reasons).

I would have been tempted to compose with just the windows/flags in shot to go fully for the abstract feel, however, if it were still an 'in camera' job, i may have positioned the flags elsewhere (not central, althuogh it does kind of work this way i think).

Just my thoughts on it anyway - take or leave like always .

Yes it looks much better now ,in fact it looks correct.
Something similar crossed my mind (your work is much better i admit)
I just try to avoid PP because it often make me feel guilty of lying.
I am not against PP, just a personal oddity.
Thank you for you comments.

From around the stunning cliffs of Etretat, France, taken in near-ideal circumstances.

Glad to be of some help :)
I'm completely with you here, when it can be done in camera (ie without PP) it should be or we should atleast try to execute it in camera the best we can. I was trying to illustrate a different composition, rather than simply saying 'cropping is the answer'. Cropping has it's uses, but if you use it too severely it can have a big impact on print size/tonality/detail... Actually getting the angles right and everything in the perspective you want it to have (talking generally, not about this photo) can have a huge impact on the photo I've found. Anyway, good luck & thanks for sharing the shot
