^ I like the "fix" of just tetris-ing in blocks

These are the University's heating plant chimneys:

I don't know why, but I like this kind of 80ies architecture that's not pretty but often is asymmetrical and yet functional in interesting ways.

I've never managed to capture certain light in the woods to my satisfaction, but looking at today's shots I think spherical aberrations might be the answer

They're taking down some old grain silos in the Antwerp harbour.

Fortunately the even older one (the brick building behind this concrete one) will be kept as an industrial heritage site.
