@ zfcentral: great viewer connection with this self concious boy. I like it a lot!
@SerbianAdonis, quite the contrary from Paul's shot, but you captured the mood very well @kozmo, Good ones, I like the composition and build up of the first, only the WB seems a bit too yellow. The second is a beautiful tender moment where the B&W works really well. Might crop a bit from the left (not much happening there) but not absolutely needed. |

Thanks! I'm glad you like the second shot because I'm fairly happy with it if for no other reason than it reminds me of when she's finished nursing. On that first shot I actually had a few "silly facial expressions" to choose from - I didn't personally see this one as a near-sneeze situation but now that you mention it... Trying to go for a jokey sort of thing since the missus hates her hair like that. ![]() Paul, very nice photo, maybe a tad high on the exposure for my tastes but then that may be just it: comes down to a matter of taste at that point... Second photo is very tranquil and gentle. On the first one I have impression she is about to sneeze.
![]() Enjoy the fatherhood and many happy shots. |

Her mother HATES it when her father coiffes her like this. I don't think Louise herself really cares...
![]() Here's a companion piece to this shot I shared a couple weeks ago. The nighttime equivalent... ![]() Edited by brian33 - 30 September 2010 at 21:50 |
