The Minolta 58/1.2 has a wonderful bokeh

Ashley's pic is quite stunning.
A technical issue: I see posterization/banding (are they the same?) in the background and that takes away from the quality of the pic.
More Dyxumer, less photographer.

yeah, I noticed that with some of my photos, I wasn't sure if it was just my monitor... how do I go about avoiding this?

Cambridge in colour has something to say about posterization.
The banding effect reminds me of low quality DOS games I played as a young man.
More Dyxumer, less photographer.

Another nice portrait Pavel! Did you consider cloning out the white and blue spots in the top left corner? They are a bit distracting IMHO.
