for some reason, this picture appears to be very high contrast on some screens, and not as contrast on others... Hopefully, whatever screen you're looking at it with, it's NOT as dark/contrast

To me the exposure generally and in the dark areas looks just perfect.

It is a great portrait. I can barely make out his jacket and the hair is also only just visible. I think I would have liked it to stand out slightly more, but I suppose my screen could be off.

but that's just it... on my Dell monitor, it isn't so dark at all, you can even make out a little bit of the texture on the muslin backdrop. Yet, on my Samsung phone, it IS quite dark
