Just curious - why the tree? Especially because of its location on the left edge where the eye typically enters the frame, it is quite distracting to an otherwise softly lit and very pleasing and natural portrait.

Didn't really much think about it. The young lady was leaning against the tree and I left the sliver of the tree. But I suppose it's not really obvious that she's leaning against it and that perhaps makes it seem a bit out of place.
