Welcome to Dyxum Houman.

New babies often seem to be the start point for new camera gear!

Nice shot, but in this case you were obviously in very low light, and the lack of sharpness is explained by the exposure. Perhaps try shifting the baby to face where some stronger light is coming in from the outside; alternatively, try experimenting with fill flash.
