Indeed, mine was shot in Flanders (more than 10 years ago, just south of Antwerp). Yours is probably in the Wallon region?

These markers are located on the wall around the abbey of Westmalle in Belgium and are for GR5, a ~2150 km long walkway from Hoek van Holland in the Netherlands to Nice in France
