Hello Kelly
"Were you using the Zeiss zoom for these? They do seem to have the Zeiss rendering"

Yes and I am light years from being able to discern that like you do, amazing!
It's basically my walk around w my a6500. A nice tight combo.

You mentioned "Notice Sony A7rIII w/24-70 f2.8 GM on the right." That setup looks like quite a handful to be climbing around on that engine with. Makes me appreciate my tight little combo. But then different picture qualities. Sure looks like you guys were having a ton of FUN!

"Out of the cut" Another Perfect winter train scene. You can't get that unique shot In many other places. Thats right out of the year 1919

All the best_______Joe

Thanks Doc

Thank you, Joe!

As for the fellow with the A7rIII. He also has the battery grip mounted. And he was usually carrying two A7rIIIs, the second one with the 70-200 f2.8 GM. I couldn't have carried that around at my age, but its a nice setup. And no lens changing and risk of snow and ash settling on the sensor.

As you can see, we had beautiful weather early each day, but later in the afternoon the clouds and snowfall rolled in.

Kind regards,

Kelly
