Those of you that follow day prime have probably seen that Snegren's wife Yvonne suffered from incurable cancer and that their camping trip the ascension day weekend would probably their last one together.

With a sorrow heart we have to inform you that on June 23 Yvonne peacefully passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with Paul and their family and friends and we share in their grieving for a person who left us too young and too soon.

During the ascension day camping trip Paul managed to take a beautiful and touching photo of Yvonne that we would like to share here to kick off this thread:

From wife with love:

Every Dyxum member is invited to post a message for Paul and share photo's as a tribute to Yvonne below.

My heart-felt condolences for you loss, Paul.
Please take care of yourself too and time is a great healer.

It's a terrible illness, lost my grandmother and uncle to it.
May she rest in peace now.

Paul,
Words can be so inadequate at times like this, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Hold her memory close to your heart as you find strength to meet that days ahead.

Dear Paul, just heard it a few days ago (actually on June, 24th). This is very sad, unfair. My thoughts are with you and your family. I know no word can make this better, i hope you can find some strength in the words on these pages. Maybe not right now, maybe later on.
Michel.

In this time of great loss, I pray that there is peace and love in your heart and the hearts of the people that your wife has touched. Death brings sadness to all, but my hope is that the memories will always be there to inspire you and those that she has touched. And the knowledge that our ephemeral nature on earth is not the end. As long as memories and love endure, life will never truly cease.

Dear Paul, there are no right words for this tremendous loss. Sometimes life isn't fair and cannot be explained. Unfortunately this is such an example that hit you hard.
I have a deep respect for how you tried with Yvonne to get the best out of your last months together e.g. with the trip to Sevilla and the camping weekend.
"Making memories" you wrote....
Probably not yet now, but hopefully later this will give you some valuable memories.
I can't take away your pain or grief, but I truly hope the words from your friends on this forum will give you some comfort in these difficult times.
Our thoughts are with you and the rest of the family. Take care.
Fred

This one is for Yvonne
