   Nieuw Werklust, a derelict clayware factory in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk (Netherlands) that was in operation until 2001 but has been neglected and is falling apart since then. Large parts of the site are now protected heritage buildings   but also subject to a lawsuit between the authorities and the owner on the state (or absence) of maintenance.
