Since my Dutch skills are severly lacking, can somebody translate what that text says? And do I guess right that it starts with "One of the ..."?

That's a challenge, I will give it a try, but it needs some explanation.

'kwallen' is the plural of 'kwal' which literally tranlates as jellyfish, but also means 'annoying person' in Dutch.

So the text says that 'one out of each six 'kwallen' is surrounded by five others'.

'Schrijffaud' is a misspelling of 'schrijffout' which means writing error

Hope this helps
