Some test shots on the a7. My version of the lens is: version 2, MC W.Rokkor-HH; adapter: Novoflex

First a straight out of camera shot (I always shoot RAW; this one was converted in ACR without any processing applied):

Full size test shot MC Rokkor 35/1.8 on a7, F8, SOOC RAW

(click to get to the full size photo on my Flickr photostream)

This lens has no issues like vignetting, colour cast, smearing on the a7. No big surprise for a FF SLR lens. The only issue I found was some cyan/green fringing with the lens wide open.

Here are some more shots, all processed in CS6, and some cropped, to give you an idea of bokeh and sharpness; both excellent imo.

Great to see the old Minolta getting about a bit. Shots on this page from The Netherlands, the UK, New Zealand and Brazil.
I like the two Black and Whites, sort of appropriate for this lens.

Just noted that the version of the lens should be stated, my version is the MC Rokkor-HH, the adapter a Fotga. The lens is just new to me so I'm testing it a lot now. Mine does suffer from vignetting.
