Well done, Fred! Fine looking pics. I have the zebra as well. After seeing this I have to put her in the lensbag.

From the archives. All at f/1.8 (what else). My copy (Zebra, I love the aesthetics of zebras) has the button operated pre-set aperture. Works like a charm unless you want to go beyond f/11 where the aperture sometimes doesn't spring back immediately. But if you need to stop down you might as well select a different lens.

Stunning! Love the bokeh. Must have for me! "A couple of euros" has no lens gone for on ebay. Pentacons seem cheaper, same optics, mc in later vers.

Was lucky to find one cheap. Paid 15 euro for it. Hardly ever buy on Ebay. For me it seems that prices there are higher than our "Dutch ebay" (for a-mount glass as well), although I limit my search to Europe because of import duties etc.
Pentacons are cheaper indeed. Good luck with the hunting! |
