It is a hanging cylinder of Chrismas lights (5 meter across or so) with some lights in the center, Fred. And the UFO on the right is another one in the distance. In the center of the image a few lights are 'in focus'.

You have to be careful with the 44-2 as the front lens will touch the one below when you put it back the wrong way. It is a very popular trick and I see a lot of images from lenses with reversed elements.
