Hi thinking I might want a Samyang 24mm Tilt/Shift to play with for Sony A mount

The lens seems to be made for each camera model fitting, Yet I have seen two completely different mounts for the Sony CSC range E mount.
This makes me think the lens body uses a T2 mount adaptor for each manufacturer.

Can anyone confirm this?

If this is the case it allows me to purchase any lens mount and change to a T2 MAF adaptor which I have already.

No - I had the lens for some time. It does not use a T2 adapter.

That seems to be common with Samyang. Not only does the same lens appear as different brands, but various lenses with the same headline specifications will be on the market together - or sometimes a vendor has just used the wrong stock image. It can make it hard to research because it's not always clear which version is offered.

Samyang makes this for both Sony A and Sony E.

Per their site:

Available in Canon EF and EF-M, Fujifilm X, Panasonic Micro Four Thirds, Pentax K, Samsung NX, or Sony A and E mount versions.

B&H also lists a Nikon version.
