On the road around Alphen a/d Rijn I know a line of these trees just like that and ALWAYS when I pass them I remind myself I want to make the above picture for myself.. this is exactly what I had in mind.. But now you have it..

Beautiful Fred! You should have seen the polders north of Alphen aan den Rijn this morning. Sunrise with ground mist. Very pretty, but in a hurry so no time for photography. Planning for tomorrow.

I have been saying that for.. well.. I think 2008 when I bought the A100 and have not taken any action. So that cannot really be a big dream. Still think about it though if I pass there. (usually to pick somebody up from Schiphol)

Nice balcony view! A good mix of tele and the wider view.
Did you consider long exposures to make it even more fuzzy?

A magical series, and #2 is special with Ellis island and even the top of the Verrazano-Narows bridge in the distance (if I'm not mistaken). Beautiful view from your balcony

Thank you!

You're right about the bridge. This is the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
