Nice sparrow shots John :)

Here's a female NZ Bush Falcon.
Standard setting of 300/4 with α700.

A bit soft, but the body language is good. Female Common Redpoll viewing a standoff between two American Goldfinches. a900, 600 4.

Beautiful shot Mike! My back yard can't match yours, but I took advantage of ths sunshine and found some smaller birds ...

Thaks for comments on the falcon shots.

Here's one of the female in flight. She's a bit slower than the male so one or two BIF shots were on the mark.
