Yep, I have to say, AMAZING!! All of ya! I was going to post mine, but, now I'm thinking I'll have to get some better(for my collection, not better than what's here, as it will be tough to top what's already here) ones.

Arescrew - is that a panorama of four images of the same heron taking off? What an original (and well executed) idea! Very impressed.

Hi Entropy,
yes, it's a pano. I wanted to shot a series of the heron taking of, for selecting the best shot afterwards. At viewing the images at the PC i noticed, that they overlapped a little and had the idea to stitch them. It was hard work, my favorite pano-software (autostitch) did not manage to stich them. The other one i use (old demo of PanoramaFactory 2.4) couldn't do the job either. So i had to stitch image 2 and 3 with panofactory and 1, (2+3) and 4 with autostitch.

This Jackdaw was tame enough to allow me to shoot with the Tamron 17-50 @50mm 1/640 f9
