as far as i remember its a lanner falcon, and it was unbelieveble fast.

don't know what kind of parrot this is , but it's not proper from Madrid , Spain , .Apparently , people buying them and leaving them as they are so noisy , is starting to be a problem here .
I found a lot around 30 in a park today . As you can see , people feed them with bread.
