A few more kingfisher shots.
1 2 He caught a few fish whie I was watching. I couldn't get to close though. The fish in the next two took him about 20 minutes to finally subdue. Pretty big fish for a small bird. 3 4 |

I couldn't help but notice this Hairy Woodpecker's beak.
So I cropped the head for more detail. Shooting at high speed gets so much more than anticipated. Sony A900 MinO 300mm/f4 G Hairy Woodpecker |
